Dual-Motor Scooter Black Friday Guide: Is the €430 Upgrade Worth It?
Our editorial approach
XVELO is an electric-mobility retailer and sells some of the products discussed. We distinguish manufacturer specifications, attributable third-party sources and editorial analysis. A review title does not establish an XVELO hands-on test; look for a named source and method in the article.
The OOTD T10 Pro is currently €699; the APEFOX T90 is €1,129. The €430 difference buys a larger 13-inch wheel platform and a 60V 31.2Ah battery rather than the T10 Pro’s 11-inch wheels and 52V 23.4Ah pack. Whether that is good Black Friday value depends on where you ride and where you keep the scooter—not just which specification is larger.
Prices checked on 30 October 2026 are XVELO’s public EUR product prices, without a discount code. A listing here does not imply a new Black Friday reduction or the lowest market price. Select your delivery country and configuration before ordering; check the final tax, shipping and delivery information at checkout. Delivery conditions and brand-specific returns apply.
The two prices to compare before 27 November
| Model and configuration | Listed price | What matters for your purchase |
|---|---|---|
| OOTD T10 ProShips within 24hours | €699 | Dual motor, 11-inch tyres, 52V 23.4Ah battery and hydraulic disc brakes. |
| APEFOX T90Black | €1,129 | Dual motor, 13-inch tyres, 60V 31.2Ah battery and hydraulic disc brakes. |
Both are substantial performance scooters. If your actual requirement is a lightweight last-mile vehicle you can carry through a station, start with smaller scooters instead. Paying more for output you cannot use does not make a better commute.
What changes when you spend €430 more?
The battery labels correspond to about 1,217Wh for the T10 Pro and 1,872Wh for the T90, calculated from nominal voltage multiplied by capacity. That is about 54% more stored energy for the T90. It is not a 54% range guarantee: vehicle mass, speed, gradient, temperature and rider load all affect consumption.
Larger 13-inch tyres also mean a different chassis footprint and tyre replacement requirement. Check your door, storage space and car loading arrangement before deciding that larger is better. A folding stem helps reduce height; it does not remove the scooter’s weight or make a heavy machine easy to carry.

Three questions that matter more than peak watts
- Will you maintain hydraulic brakes? Both choices have hydraulic disc braking. Check local access to pads, tyres and brake servicing, and inspect the vehicle according to its manual after delivery.
- Where will it be stored and charged? Plan secure, dry storage with access to the correct charger. Do not buy on maximum advertised range without leaving a reserve for cold weather and changing conditions.
- Where can you actually ride it? The ability to ship a scooter to your country does not establish permission to use it on public roads.
German and French buyers: settle road eligibility first
Germany’s transport ministry guidance requires an appropriate operating approval and insurance plate for eligible e-scooters. Do not treat an adjustable speed limiter as an ABE certificate.
France’s consumer authority explains that a scooter with a design speed above 25km/h is not authorised on public roads simply because it also has a 25km/h mode. These high-output configurations should be considered for permitted off-road locations unless the exact vehicle has the required road qualification. Buyers in Italy and Poland should also confirm local requirements for the exact configuration.
Which deal would we shortlist?
Choose the T10 Pro first if the 11-inch format fits your intended riding and you prefer to retain €430 for protective equipment, secure storage and maintenance. Consider the T90 if you specifically want its larger wheel and battery package, can accommodate the chassis and have a suitable place to ride.
The OOTD T30 is not a third version of either model: it has a three-wheel standing-scooter layout. Nor should the ordinary single-motor T10 be confused with the T10 Pro. Check the complete model name and delivered specification when comparing listings or videos.
For the longer technical comparison, read APEFOX T90 versus OOTD T10 Pro. This seasonal guide uses current XVELO prices; it does not promise a future Black Friday drop or transfer another seller’s warranty to your order.
