Every brand on our store has officially authorized XVELO as a retailer, and all of our stock comes directly from the brands themselves. Proof of authorization is available on request. Just email us.

Our warranty terms are the same as each brand's official terms. Buying from us does not change your coverage.

The price you see is the price you pay

All prices include taxes, and shipping is free on every order. We process orders within 1–3 business days and ship from our EU warehouse. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will not be charged customs duties or handling fees on delivery.

Shipping Policy

If something goes wrong

During the warranty period, XVELO covers replacement parts, shipping in both directions, and repair costs.

Warranty repairs and returns are handled at an address inside the EU, shared with the brand. Your product never has to be sent back to China.

Technical and after-sales questions are handled directly by our engineers. They will follow up until the issue is resolved.
