Payment FAQ

Common questions about payments and financing

When will I be charged?

For card payments and other instant payment methods, including PayPal, you will be charged when your order is confirmed. Depending on your bank or PayPal account, it may take a short time for the transaction to appear on your statement.

What happens if I return a financed product?

Once your return has been approved and the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Duotts and OOTD products have a 30-day return period, while OneSport, APEFOX, ZAWES and 79BIKE products have a 14-day return period. After the refund is issued, it may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Which currencies do you accept?

All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (EUR). Your bank may apply a small currency conversion fee if your account is in a different currency. We do not charge any additional currency fees.

Is my payment information stored?

We never store your card details. All payment data is processed securely by Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). If you choose to save your card for faster checkout, the encrypted token is stored by Shopify — not by Xvelo.
