Xvelogo is an authorized retailer of selected electric bicycle brands, including OOTD, Duotts, and ONESPORT.
All products sold on Xvelogo are genuine, brand-authorized, and covered by official manufacturer warranties in accordance with the terms outlined below.

This Warranty Policy applies only to products purchased directly from xvelogo.com.


1. Warranty Coverage

All eligible electric bicycles purchased from Xvelogo are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

Unless otherwise stated by the brand, the standard warranty period is:

  • 2 years from the date of delivery for the original purchaser

Warranty service is provided in coordination with the respective brand’s official support team.


2. Covered Components

If a defect is confirmed to be manufacturing-related, the following components are generally covered during the warranty period:

  • Frame

  • Motor

  • Battery (subject to brand-specific conditions)

  • Controller

  • Display and electrical wiring

  • Other original electrical components supplied by the manufacturer

Covered components will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.


3. Items Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

    • Tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, spokes, grips

  • Damage caused by:

    • Accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation

    • Unauthorized modification or use of non-approved accessories

    • Improper assembly, maintenance, or storage

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, paint fading

  • Damage caused by environmental exposure (rain, salt, sand, extreme conditions)

  • Theft, loss, or vandalism

  • Labor costs for third-party repairs unless explicitly approved


4. Battery Warranty

Battery warranty terms follow the brand manufacturer’s policy and may vary by model.

In general:

  • Battery defects caused by manufacturing issues are covered

  • Capacity degradation due to normal use is not considered a defect

  • Improper charging, storage, or water damage is not covered

Please refer to the specific product documentation for detailed battery terms.


5. Shipping Damage

Customers are advised to inspect their product immediately upon delivery.

If shipping damage is discovered:

  • Notify Xvelogo within 7–14 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage and packaging

Approved shipping damage claims may be resolved with replacement parts or other suitable solutions at no additional cost.


6. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Xvelogo Support with your order number

  2. Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  3. Xvelogo will review the claim and coordinate with the brand manufacturer

  4. If approved, replacement parts or repair guidance will be provided

Response times may vary depending on the nature of the issue and brand confirmation.


7. Warranty Transfer

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only.

In some cases, a warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner if:

  • The original warranty period has not expired

  • Proof of the original purchase is provided

Approval is subject to the brand manufacturer’s discretion.


8. Authorized Service & Parts

Warranty service is fulfilled using:

  • Original or manufacturer-approved replacement parts

  • Guidance provided by the brand’s official technical team

Replacement components may be new or refurbished, provided they meet quality standards.


9. Legal Rights

This warranty policy is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
