No. An electric dirt bike has no pedals, no lights, no mirrors and no type approval. It is not a bicycle and not a registered motorcycle. In every EU country, riding one on a public road, pavement or cycle path is illegal.
It is sold for private land and closed circuits only — with the landowner's permission. Please treat that as a hard limit, not a formality.
Yes, and not just a bicycle helmet. A machine producing 255Nm of torque accelerates hard and is ridden over terrain that will throw you off. At minimum: a full-face motocross helmet, goggles, gloves, knee and elbow protection, and boots that cover the ankle. A back protector is strongly recommended.
Every range figure we publish is a best case, measured under favourable conditions. Real-world range is always lower and depends on rider weight, assist level, terrain, headwind, temperature and tyre pressure. Cold weather in particular can cut range noticeably.
As a rough guide, plan for around 60–75% of the headline figure in everyday mixed riding, and less again if you rely on throttle or ride hilly terrain.

The S3
The S3 runs a mid-drive motor rated at 5000W producing 255Nm of torque, fed by a 60V 23.4Ah pack, with full suspension and hydraulic brakes. It is a small-frame machine that is genuinely quick, and it rewards riders who already know what they are doing on dirt.

An electric dirt bike is not a bicycle and not a road-legal vehicle anywhere in the EU without full motorcycle type approval, registration and insurance. It is sold for use on private land and closed circuits. Riding one on a public road or cycle path is illegal in every EU country. Please buy it for what it is, and wear proper protective gear.
