The Summer Ride Sale runs until 31 August 2026. Every code on this page stops working at 23:59 on that date.
Can I use more than one code on the same order?
No. Each code only works on the model it belongs to, and it cannot be combined with other discounts or automatic promotions. If you order two units of the same model, the discount applies to each unit.
Where do the e-bikes and scooters ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from brand-authorised warehouses inside the European Union. You receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are set by each brand — Onesport orders, for example, are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days. Estimated times are shown for reference and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for the full brand-by-brand breakdown.
Can I return an e-bike I bought on sale?
Return windows are set by the brand: 14 days from delivery for Onesport, 30 days for OOTD and Duotts. The product must be unused or only lightly tested, in its original packaging with all accessories included. Full conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Is there a warranty?
Xvelo is an authorised retailer for OOTD, Duotts and Onesport, so every bike and scooter is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Cover length varies by brand and component — check the product page of the model you are looking at.
Should I choose an electric scooter or an e-bike?
An electric scooter such as the OOTD T10 Pro or APEFOX T90 is lighter, folds smaller and suits short urban trips or off-road blasts. An e-bike such as the Duotts F20 or F26 Lite gives you pedal assist, a longer usable range and a riding position most people find more comfortable over distance. If you carry cargo or passengers, the Onesport OT30 Pro trike takes up to 180 kg.
