Because these tests were not standardised, averaging them would create false precision. For route planning, 40–60 km is a more defensible mixed-use expectation. Expect less in cold weather, on long climbs, with a heavier rider, soft tyres, repeated acceleration or high assistance. Leave a safety margin until you have measured consumption on your own routes.
