Size and load
About 29.3kg; 120kg maximum load; folded size 1295 × 645 × 610mm.

Start with the question that will decide your purchase

1 · Is 858Wh enough?

Use battery energy as a planning input, not an 80km promise. Your speed, stops, hills, load, cold weather and tyre pressure all change usable range. Build a return reserve into your route.

2 · Can you handle the size?

At about 29.3kg, it can fold for storage but is not a convenient stair-carrying scooter. Measure the folded footprint and your doorway or car boot before choosing.

3 · Is it permitted where you ride?

The published 50km/h design-speed capability is not public-road permission. A 25km/h mode by itself does not establish compliance. Check your country and actual riding location.

Who should consider it—and who should not?

The N12 Pro is most persuasive for a buyer who can store and charge a substantial scooter, wants a strong published battery figure without moving to a much heavier dual-motor platform, and can use it in a permitted setting. Its 10-inch pneumatic tyres and suspension may improve comfort on uneven paved surfaces, but we have not measured vibration or braking against rival models.

Choose another product if you require a verified public-road-approved version for your country, lift your scooter on stairs every day, need an included seat, or expect the manufacturer's maximum range under fast or hilly conditions. A 120kg load rating states an upper limit; it does not guarantee the same speed, hill performance or range at that load.

A meaningful comparison: N12 Pro or KuKirin G2 Max?

These two machines both advertise a 1000W motor, but battery energy, charging time, braking hardware, seat option and listed weight pull the decision in different directions. The G2 Max's 48V × 20.8Ah label calculates to about 998Wh, above KingSong's 858Wh, while the N12 Pro is about 2.4kg lighter on published numbers. Claimed maximum kilometres are not a matched test. What does the N12 Pro actually cost at XVELO?

The current grey variant has a €999 list price. Shopify shows KS360 as an active €360 discount specifically applying to this N12 Pro product, making the calculated eligible product price €639. It does not stack with other order, product or shipping discounts. Our N12 Pro offer link with KS360 redirects to the correct product; confirm the code, delivery eligibility and final cart or checkout total before you pay. We have not claimed it is the lowest price in Europe.

Before buying for France or another public-road route

KingSong publishes up to 50km/h for this N12 Pro version. The French DGCCRF guidance says a scooter with a mode faster than 25km/h cannot circulate on public roads merely because it also has a 25km/h default mode. Do not buy this version on the assumption that a menu setting makes it road legal. Rules vary across Europe; verify the actual version and documents for your destination and intended riding place. Use on private property also requires the owner's permission and appropriate safety precautions.

Buying questions

Is the N12 Pro the same as the N12T?

No. XVELO's listed N12 Pro is a single-rear-motor grey configuration. Do not copy specifications or photos from an N12T dual-motor video to this product.

Does 858Wh mean 80km in normal use?

No. 80km is KingSong's published maximum claim, not a guaranteed range. Allow for the conditions of your route and an adequate return reserve.

Can the discount be applied automatically?

The KS360 link goes to the correct N12 Pro listing through Shopify's discount route. Check that the discount appears for your eligible order before completing checkout.
