Duotts C29 29" Electric Mountain Bike | 750W Shimano 21-Speed

Got my DUOTTS C29 electric bike about 3 weeks ago. First thing I noticed is how clean the removable battery design looks — it sits flush in the frame and you can take it out to charge indoors, super convenient especially in winter. The 750W motor has plenty of power for my commute, even the bridge inclines around my area are no problem in pedal assist mode. The 29-inch wheels feel really stable on both paved roads and the occasional gravel shortcut. Also the built-in LED headlight is way better than I expected for a budget electric mountain bike — feels safe riding home after dark. Only minor thing, the disc brakes could be a bit more responsive but they get the job done. For under 800 euros, this is a great long range e-bike for daily commuting. Really glad I went with this one.

J'ai acheté le DUOTTS C29 pour aller à mes coins de pêche sans prendre la voiture. Le porte-bagages arrière est solide, je mets mes sacoches avec tout mon matériel et la canne sans problème. Le moteur 750W m'aide bien sur les chemins de terre et les montées pour accéder aux bords de lac. Les roues 29 pouces passent partout, gravier, herbe, boue légère. La batterie tient largement pour mes allers-retours de 30-40 km. C'est devenu ma routine du weekend maintenant, je charge le vendredi soir et samedi matin je suis parti. Franchement je regrette de ne pas l'avoir acheté plus tôt.

Just received my DUOTTS C29 and wanted to share. Shipping to Germany was fast, everything came well packed and nothing damaged. When you open the box it looks like a lot of parts but honestly it's not that complicated — front wheel, handlebars, pedals, seat, rear rack and battery, that's basically it. Took me about 30 minutes with the included tools. The manual could be better but there's a YouTube video from Duotts that helped. Once assembled this 29 inch electric mountain bike looks really sleek, the black and blue frame is nice looking. Went for a quick test ride around the neighborhood and the 750W motor with pedal assist feels strong and smooth. I'm 186cm and the frame size fits me perfectly. Looking forward to taking it on some longer rides this weekend.

Miałem starego górala od lat i ciągle odkładałem przesiadkę na elektryka. Dobrze że w końcu się zdecydowałem. DUOTTS C29 jeździ się jak normalny rower, nie jak ciężki e-bike. Jest na tyle lekki że mogę pedałować bez wspomagania ale 750W silnik pomaga gdy trzeba. Codziennie wieczorem robię kółko po parku a w weekendy dłuższe trasy przez las. Koła 29 cali trzymają się świetnie zarówno na asfalcie jak i na leśnych ścieżkach. Przerzutki Shimano 21 biegów działają bez zarzutu. Tylny bagażnik przydaje się na plecak albo torbę. Jedyna rada — naładujcie baterię do pełna przed pierwszą jazdą, ja tego nie zrobiłem i zabrakło mi w połowie trasy. Świetny rower elektryczny do codziennej jazdy.

Took my DUOTTS C29 on a weekend ride along the west coast and it handled everything beautifully. Coastal roads, gravel paths, steep hills — the 750W motor and pedal assist made the climbs so much easier. Loaded up the rear rack with panniers and it stayed stable the whole time. The 29 inch tires grip well even on loose gravel which gave me a lot of confidence on unfamiliar roads. Battery held up for the entire day trip without any issues. Rower DUOTTS C29 kupiliśmy dla męża na dojazdy do pracy. Wcześniej jeździł autobusem i ciągle narzekał na korki. Teraz codziennie jedzie przez park i jest w domu szybciej niż samochodem. Mówi że silnik 750W daje radę nawet pod górkę z torbą na bagażniku. Koła 29 cali są duże i stabilne, nie boi się krawężników ani dziur w asfalcie. Hamulce tarczowe działają dobrze nawet po deszczu. Wygląda ładnie, czarny z niebieskim, nie krzyczy że to e-bike. Szczerze? Zaczynam rozglądać się za czymś dla siebie.

Bought the DUOTTS C29 mainly for riding near the coast. I wasn't sure how an electric bike would do on sandy paths but with the 29 inch tires and a bit of throttle it pushes through no problem. I usually ride from town to the beach and back, mix of paved road and dirt trails. The motor kicks in nice and smooth, doesn't jerk. Disc brakes stop well even when the wheels are dusty. The frame looks great too, I got the grey and blue one. Only thing — sand gets everywhere so I clean the chain more often now. But that's just living near the beach. Really enjoying this bike.
